This was my first time wearing extensions. I had the length I desired but needed volume due to thinning from my age. Carrie made sure to explain expectations & after care thoroughly. She is a master at her craft & I get so many compliments now. I was a little freaked out by the shedding at my first move up but she assured me it was all perfectly normal. I would recommend her to anyone looking at quality extensions 👍
